How do I buy beef?

Beef shares are reserved with a signed contract, a deposit and a custom cut sheet.  Please contact us by email or phone to confirm that we have shares available and we will place your name on our reservation list.  Then you can print the contract and beef cut sheet, fill them out, and send them to us with a deposit. 

We also have beef available for purchase by the pound.  To see our current inventory, please follow us on Facebook.  Pickup of beef is either at our Farm by appointment or we meet at Ballard High School on select evenings.
